Zoryox Credits Terms
ZORYC is an account-bound service credit used only for eligible Zoryox software and services. It is not a deposit, bank account, security, investment, stablecoin, or freely transferable cryptocurrency. ZORYC cannot be sold, transferred peer-to-peer, redeemed for cash, used for yield, or used to fund a payment card.
Payments, refunds, and expiry
Credits are issued only after a settled USD payment is confirmed by Zoryox billing systems. Refunds, reversals, fraud reviews, account closure, and expiration rules will be stated in the final customer terms before public launch. A pending Checkout payment never creates Credits.
Privacy and on-chain data
Zoryox keeps identity, payment, support, and product-use records off-chain in controlled services. The chain projection is limited to wallet addresses, credit amounts, batch references, and transaction state; personal names, email addresses, order text, and payment-provider secrets must not be written on-chain.
Risk disclosure
On-chain systems can be paused, delayed, reorganized, attacked, or unavailable. Account recovery, wallet migration, compliance screening, and provider outages may delay access. ZORYC is not marketed as an appreciating asset and carries no promise of value outside the Zoryox service catalog.
Support and complaints
A final support and complaint process, response targets, jurisdiction, and escalation contact will be published with the customer terms. Until then this page is an implementation draft and not a contract or legal opinion.
